Join Access Virginia and the Hearing Loss Association of America Virginia Beach and Peninsula Chapters to our Second Annual Breakfast with a Purpose November 7, 2026 at Founders Inn & Spa by the Hilton at 8:00 am! Start the day with a healthy meal, meet new friends, mingle with acquaintances and hear exciting news! Calling all sponsors! Your sponsorship puts open captioning and audio description on stage across Hampton Roads, so Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Blind and Visually Impaired neighbors can access the arts, museums, live theater and more! Your support would help us power HLAA chapters to provide vital resources to our communities. Together we supported Del. Phil Hernandez pass House Bill HR 602 making it necessary for all movie theaters in Virginia to offer captioned shows!
