Join Ben for a high intensity and highly fun workout to start your day! This class is 45 minutes of low impact, high intensity body sculpting.
Barre is a low impact but challenging, effective and efficient way to exercise your entire body and is suitable for all ages, genders, fitness levels and abilities.
Through small isometric movements you will target muscle groups you didn't even know you had, helping to improve your fitness levels, improve posture, flexibility and promote strong lean muscles - all whilst moving to mood boosting music!
