Break Your Own Ceiling

This workshop invites participants to expand how they think and operate, and ultimately break their own ceiling. Rebecca Kerper, an executive leadership coach and former Chief Digital Officer with 25 years of experience leading digital transformation, will introduce a framework to help identify default patterns and move beyond them. Attendees will learn how to approach challenges from new angles, access more of their problem-solving capacity, and move forward with greater clarity when the path is not obvious.
