Comfortable with foundational 8-count shapes and looking to expand your creative options? This workshop is for you! We will play with rhythms inside 8-count shapes and extending 8-count shapes with fundamental rhythms. This is not a technique workshop, but you will get a lot of reps of foundational shapes.
