About this Event
Break The Norm - A New Techno/Rave
Date: July 12, 2024 Friday
Time: 10AM-3PM
Location: 1013 Fulton St (meet at entrance for speakeasy entry)
Description:
Do you expand your mind through music?
We’re calling New York, we’re calling DC, we’re calling Philly, we’re calling anyone in the Tri-State area looking for a New York space where you can belong and become VIP & OG (think: free future tickets, first to know, free merch and to be an OG in this underground sensory experience).
Inspired by Berlin’s rave culture, this basement level venue is for rebels who enjoy incredible sound and understand PLUR. Channeling a head-to-toe achromatic industrial vibe, cement-like walls, AESOP fragrances, the intimacy is transformative. If you’re looking for a smaller music venue that cares about sound quality, cozy vibes and the safety of our people, we are having our Grand Opening on July 12 - RSVP now and join us!
Meet the DJs:
3DDY is a DJ, producer, curator and the owner of BELOW GROUND, positioning himself as a key figure in New York’s underground techno scene. His sets prominently feature the works of some of the most influential techno music producers, with a particular focus on Techno RDH.
Felix Roth is the founder of Violendgroove and co-founder of S1Brooklyn. Renowned for his track selection, Felix curates vinyl-only sets that transport listeners back to the vibrant sounds of the late ‘90s and early 2000s. With a passion for preserving the authenticity of old-school beats, Felix’s performances are a nostalgic journey through the golden era of techno.
KXAH (Kristina) Based in NYC, KXAH is a DJ, event organizer, and producer making waves in the US electronic music stage. Her passion for fostering new talent and creating rave spaces led her to co-found the Aversion label and event platform, dedicated to supporting up-and-coming electronic artists in the US. KXAH's pulsating sound is a hypnotic blend of techno, electro, and EBM, drawing inspiration from Detroit's old-school foundation and the cutting edge of European movements.
Tickets will be sold in 3 tiers, with prices increasing for each tier.
This event is 21+.
100% of ticket sales will be donated to New York Food Bank.
Hope to see you all on the dance floor.
Love & Unity!
