It can be said that whatever anyone is currently experiencing (or will experience) in their lifetime, is intricately connected to the ancestors who came before them. Along with the good that our families gave to us, traumas, pains, unhealthy patterns, and hardships too, were passed on. Through experiencing a Family Constellation, we open up the opportunity for those unprocessed traumas to express so that the people who attend can live a freer, happier, and healthier existence. This modality can help others work through any area of life that is causing pain if they are ready to take their healing into their own hands. This work is not limited to working on/with familial issues. It is expansive and can help you work through any area of life!

Bio:
Alexis is an author, entrepreneur, speaker, and Family Constellation Facilitator. She wrote the book, “A Journey into Truth: Unveiling Life's Secrets for Truth-Seekers”, and has trained with world-renowned teachers of Family Constellations, Usui Reiki, Mediumship, Psychism, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), public speaking, entrepreneurship, and various forms of meditation. Years into the journey of her spiritual path, she developed a passion for teaching others. She now produces educational material on the Vibrate to Create YouTube channel, writes books, holds one-on-one sessions, and facilitates workshops in several areas of the world.
