GLENGLASSAUGH EVOLUTION
Glenglassaugh Evolution is a youthful single malt aged exclusively in first-fill ex-Tennessee whiskey casks, bottled at 50% ABV with no chill filtration or coloring. Its pale straw color opens to a nose of wax, citrus, pineapple, honey, and gentle spice, becoming creamier and buttery with water. The palate is spicy and woody with notes of salted caramel, pepper, vanilla, and a hint of tart fruit, evolving to bittersweet chocolate when diluted. It finishes long and warming with pepper, oak, and ginger. Slightly more refined than the Revival, Evolution offers bold flavor but limited complexity due to its youth.
