'Bread'a With Bruschetta: A Bruschetta Flight And Wine Pairing Experience

Life is 'bread'a with bruschetta! Join Chef Katie for a mini carb load courtest of a uniquely crafted bruschetta flight with flavors of fall. Participants will receive a flight of four bruschetta paired with four, 3 oz pours of Lost Trail wines. Combinations are as follows:
Prosciutto, apple and brie with Lost Trail honey and Altitude (Chardonnay)
Mediterranean style with tzatziki, tomato, red onion, cucumber, kalamata olives and Feta cheese with Oxbow (Rose)
Thanksgiving leftovers with turkey, cranberry jam, roasted sweet potato, goat cheese and balsamic drizzle with The Guide (Cabernet Sauvignon)
Blackberry and whipped ricotta drizzled with Lost Trail honey with Conquer (Concord)
