Bread Club November 9th

Roasted carrots from Resilient Farm dressed up with harissa. A spicy condiment with a very peppery, smoky flavor originating from the mediterranean. The sweetness of carrots paired with a little heat from the harissa make this a good combo, rounded out by the corn-like flavor of millet.
