This hands-on class will guide you through every step of the sourdough journey–from understanding and maintaining a starter to shaping and baking a perfect artisan loaf.We’ll begin with the science and care of a sourdough starter–how to feed it, store it, and keep it thriving. We’ll explore clever and delicious ways to use sourdough discard. Get your hands in the dough to shape your own loaf. Your instructor will demonstrate the entire process start to finish.
