There are so many nuances when it comes to baking bread so this class was developed to take a deep dive into several varieties and teach about how dough is developed, the interaction between key ingredients and the baking process. You will learn to make Focaccia, Brioche and Sourdough Boule and leave feeling comfortable to tackle most bread baking projects! You will also learn how to build your own sourdough starter.
At the end of the class you’ll receive charcuterie and accompaniments to enjoy with your bread.
