Start with solid foundations — including posture, footwork, body movement, and styling — and then move into fluidity, control, and musical interpretation. You’ll leave with powerful tools and drills to help you evolve on and off the dance floor.

✅ Recommended: Upper-beginner level (3–6 months+) in any dance style
