BRAZILIAN ZOUK FLOW IN SLOVENIA ✨Experience a full day of authentic Brazilian Zouk in Ljubljana with Brazilian artists Lucas Marialva & Gab Melo. Focused on flow, body awareness, musicality, connection, and movement exploration, the event offers an immersive experience guided by two versatile dancers, teachers, performers, and competitors with deep technical and artistic background.
The event includes 5 hours of workshops, 4 hours of social dancing with DJ L’Black, individual feedback, and the opportunity to connect closely with the artists while exploring the true roots and energy of Brazilian Zouk.

This intensive training focuses on developing body awareness, technical structure, connection, and movement understanding in Brazilian Zouk. Rather than simply learning steps, students will explore how movement is created, communicated, and connected between partners.
The workshops include:
- Body awareness and neuromotor preparation
- Solo training of Zouk fundamentals
- Posture, balance, coordination, and rhythm
- Basic steps, turns, and traveling movements
- Connection, leading and following techniques
- Weight transfer, timing, and body organization
- Movement continuity, preparations, and finalizations
- Head movement technique with focus on safety, alignment, and full-body mechanics
Through a progressive pedagogical approach, students will build clarity, comfort, musicality, and confidence in social dancing while understanding the mechanics and communication behind Brazilian Zouk.

Lucas Marialva is a Brazilian dancer, artist, and content creator whose work blends technique, movement, expression, and self-discovery. With a background developed through years of studying multiple dance styles, his teaching focuses on helping dancers unlock body awareness, confidence, musicality, and authentic expression. His classes are known for their energy, emotional depth, and transformative atmosphere, creating an experience that goes beyond steps and connects movement with personal growth.

Gab Melo is a Brazilian zouk teacher, dancer, and researcher focused on the technical and pedagogical development of social dance. Her methodology combines biomechanics, body awareness, and movement analysis to help dancers build clear technique, comfort, connection, and creative freedom. Through both teaching and educational content, she encourages a more conscious, expressive, and applicable approach to dance — transforming movement into communication.
