Sabrina Brazzil presents a concert that moves between tradition and contemporary Brazilian music, blending Bossa Nova, Samba Jazz, and new sonic directions.
On stage, she is joined by three Brazilian musicians with established international careers:
On drums, Ale Damasceno — a Brazilian drummer with a strong foundation in Brazilian music and contemporary grooves. His playing moves between samba, MPB, Afro-Brazilian rhythms, and jazz, and he has collaborated with major artists such as
Caetano Veloso, Zizi Possi, Arnaldo Antunes, Simone, entre outros. His approach is defined by musicality, dynamics, and interaction.
On bass, Romulo Duarte — a Brazilian bassist from Rio de Janeiro with a solid international career, having worked with artists such as Ney Matogrosso, Gilberto Gil, Maria Bethânia, João Donato, and Toninho Horta. He has performed at major festivals including Montreux Jazz Festival, Umbria Jazz, and Copenhagen Jazz Festival, bringing depth, experience, and presence to the stage.
On guitar, Rapha Braga — a Brazilian guitarist and producer who has performed in over 80 countries and recorded on more than 200 albums. With a career shaped by international collaborations, his sound bridges tradition and experimentation, adding a distinctive voice to the project.
The concert offers an intense and sensitive musical experience, where tradition, improvisation, and identity meet.
