Think of every Brazilian dance in extreme high intensity. Yes, we take a tour of Brazil: Samba Reggae, Samba Axe, Maculele (using sticks), Afro, Frevo, Funk Carioca, and Samba, all packed in one hour!!! You will tone every part of your body! (movements can also be done in low intensity.)
