With her distinctive voice, Alda Rezende has collaborated with legendary Brazilian artists such as Elza Soares and João Bosco, recorded acclaimed albums, and headlined major festivals in Brazil, New Zealand, Australia, and the USA.
Juliana, a passionate interpreter of Bossa Nova and Samba, blends her own compositions with classics by Tom Jobim, Milton Nascimento, and Hermeto Pascoal, honed through over 20 years of performing and teaching.
Performing at the Jazz Festival as Brazilian Experience, Alda and Juliana are joined by renowned Brazilian and New Zealand musicians (Taciano Milfont, Noel Clayton, Patrick Bleakley, Jeanette Spicer and Darryn Sigley) to deliver an authentic and dynamic show.
