BRAVE is an opportunity for you to learn practical ways to exhale the Gospel with intentionality. It’s a place for you to learn about what’s happening in child welfare and understand ALL the ways we can help. We know that not everyone is called to be a foster or adoptive family, but everyone can do something. Our hope is that you might find a way to get involved that fits your specific season of life. By getting involved, you can make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families in our community.At BRAVE you will hear from a panel of different perspectives in the foster/adoptive community, receive resources to guide you in how to start the process of becoming licensed, and get connected with the licensing agencies that will walk you through that journey. You will also have the opportunity to connect with organizations in your local community that have practical ways you can volunteer to serve vulnerable children and families.
