"Back in 2014 we had our first ever Brassband & Burlesque show! The event took place at Mohawk Place. The idea was that all the bands had a horn section, burlesque performers danced along to live bands. We collected donations of canned goods, non-perishables, winter coats, hats, gloves, socks and undies to benefit Friends of Night People! There was a huge snow storm and a driving ban that was listed just in time for the show to go on! People came out and danced hard!
We’re bringing it back for the first time at Nietzsche’s with a classic line up of Folkfaces (featuring an amazing horn section), The Stripteasers Buffalo, & 12/8 Path band!! As always we will be accepting donations for Friends of Night People. We will be seeking a few vendors & live painters to add to the event! Save the date and see you there!" - Tyler Westcott
