The Brampton Ignite - Networking Group is an exclusive networking group led by the Brampton Entrepreneur Centre. The session bolsters the City’s commitment to developing our local entrepreneurial community by providing small business owners the opportunity to hear stories of passion, drive, and resilience of local Brampton business owners. The session will also allow the community to come together and build meaningful bonds and relationships amongst other entrepreneurs in the room. Come experience what our networking group is all about and leave with the fire and passion that ignites us all.

This tale is of a husband and wife duo who were successful in their own careers, but went on to create an impactful business that helps children master their inner strengths and interests. An entrepreneurial spirit might rely on money to learn and teach math. A foodie may utilize their love of cooking to understand science. And a conversationalist might harness there gift of gab to improve their reading and writing. Whatever the case may be, there is sure to be ways to make our children understand and thrive.

Celina and Marlon knew the difference between "Tutoring" and "Teaching", and apply their hands on approach to bridge a problem and gap faced in the traditional education system. When they started building their company they knew that they wanted TMBUK2 to be made up of a team of dedicated, committed, fun and reliable Learning Strategists. They truly believe it takes a village to raise a child and as such we are continuously looking to create the strongest village for all of our learners, which starts with out Learning Strategist.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

The evolution of TMBUK2 has been a thing born out of love for education. Raising their children, they knew that kids sometimes needed a little extra care in order to excel academically. With professional backgrounds in education and public health, both Marlon & Celina thought to combine their formal training, experiences, passion for learning, and the love of raising their children in order to form a unique educational service for learners of all ages. They use research, proven methods and real life applications to help young people reach their full potential and develop their own passions for learning!
