Join us for an uplifting class that blends the flowing movements of Tai Chi and Qigong with simple, effective brain boosting drills, perfect for improving balance, stability, memory, focus and mental clarity.
Dress comfortably in flat tennis shoes and bring your water bottle and a towel.
Registration is required by 10 a.m. day of class. Friends Members are $10.00 per class. Non-Friends Members are $15.00 per class.
Event will be moved indoors in the event of inclement weather. Refunds are unable to be provided for no-shows.
