Brain Health and Wellness Symposium

The Joi Life Foundation is committed to educating both the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) community and the broader neurology population. Continuing this mission, the Brain Health and Wellness Symposium focuses on empowering individuals living with MS and other chronic neurologic conditions to take an active role in maintaining and improving their brain health.

This symposium series will feature conversations with leading experts in neurology, neuroimmunology, and wellness. Each session will remain patient-centered, elevating the patient voice and personal experience alongside clinical insight.

Topics Will Include:

 Updates in neuroimmunology care and treatment

 Supporting mental health after a chronic neurologic diagnosis

 The importance of exercise and physical movement

 Nutrition fundamentals and practical strategies to improve diet

 Sleep hygiene and why healthy sleep is essential

 Navigating caregiving and support for loved ones with chronic neurologic disease
