We are all wired for art – art affects our brains, bodies, and behaviors. Brain art is a simple but mindful process that can rewire your brain and create new neural pathways. Using a specific drawing process you can release stress, remove mental blocks and change how you think and process information. Starting with some quiet meditation, we will allow our brain to tell us what is most pressing at the moment. Using word association we will identify feelings, and through a cathartic drawing will release any negativity tied to those feelings.
