Brahms, Mozart and Beethoven

Following their acclaimed collaboration in 2025, Spanish pianist Javier Perianes reunites with TSO Chief Conductor and Artistic Director, Eivind Aadland, to perform Mozart’s sunny Piano Concerto No 23.
Beethoven’s Symphony No 4 is often described as his most cheerful — light in spirit but full of wit and invention, with lively rhythms and lyrical beauty.
In line with this theme of beauty, the concert opens with the full TSO Chorus joining Eivind and the orchestra for Brahms’s gorgeous Schicksalslied (Song of Destiny).
