Brahms: A German Requiem

We are looking forward to performing A German Requiem for you. Unlike traditional Latin requiems, Brahms wrote this piece to bring comfort and hope to the living: it feels like a good choice for Remembrance Sunday.
We’re fortunate to be joined by two brilliant local soloists: soprano Emily Dickens and baritone Dingle Yandell. Both are internationally acclaimed professional singers. We're also delighted to welcome superb pianists Anita D’Attellis and Hayley Tull – they will perform Brahms’ intimate piano duet arrangement to accompany us.
Concert details:
• Date & time: Sunday 8th November 2026 at 5:00 pm
• Venue: St Andrew’s Church, Caversham, Reading, RG4 7PL
• Tickets: £16 in advance (£20 on the door) | £5 for students & under 18s
• Refreshments: Wine and soft drinks served after the concert
Advance tickets save you £4 compared to the door price, so it's worth buying now! You can book online with a click or two at tamesischamberchoir.com.
