BRAC's Summer 2022 Visual Art & Digital Media Classes

Classes will be held on-site at the Bronx River Art Center, with sessions taking place within our well-ventilated open space studios.

Digital Illustration and Digital Animation classes are offered in Hybrid Mode wherein students have the option to take the course remotely over Zoom or in-person at BRAC's Computer Media Lab.

Children and Teen Classes (ages 7 - 19): $45 for five sessions.

Child & Parent (child must be ages 6 - 12): $77 for five sessions.

Young Adult and Adult Classes (20+): $58 for five sessions

Proof of vaccination will be required upon entering building for first class. Negative tests required for under 12.

FREE CLASS - Teen Project Studio +2.0 | 3D Interactive Mapping: Expanded Cartography: This Summer, Teen Project Studio +2.0 will focus on 3D INTERACTIVE MAPPING led by artist and educator Julia Pontés. Selected participants will will learn to create 3D interactive maps, developing designs and working in BRAC’s Visual Arts Studio and Media Lab. The TPS team’s final projects will be part of BRAC's Summer Exhibition at the end of August. Classes will meet Monday, Wednesday, Friday afternoons from 4-6pm:
