Dear BPW Darwin Members
We are pleased to announce our 2024 Annual General Meeting is approaching.
The details of the AGM are:
Date: Saturday 2nd November 2024
Time: 10 am start ( arrivals from 9.45 am)
Location: NAB Boardroom (Ground level 71 Smith Street Darwin- entry via Peel St)
All positions are declared vacant at the AGM, and we encourage anyone interested to nominate. If you are wanting to chat about the roles, please reach out and we can provide you with some information and connect you with someone to have a yarn about it.
If you are unable to attend the AGM and your a member of BPW Darwin, please submit a proxy form. Your proxy can go to the chair, a committee member or a nominated person that will be in attendance. It is important that we have a quorum at the AGM and sometimes proxies can play an important part of this.
