Moving, surprising, and often unexpectedly funny, Boy Player is the true sotry of what happened when Frank Moher was orphaned as a kid, and suddenly found himself transplanted from Edmonton, Alberta, to New York City. It’s also about how he eventually met Diana, his wife, who had been through similar experiences as a child, and how finding your passion — in Frank’s case, theatre and Diana — can change and possibly save your life.
Filled with great musical theatre songs and sometimes deeply emotional, Boy Player will touch your heart, and lift it, too
Frank Moher is a playwright whose work has been seen throughout North America and internationally. As an actor, he recently appeared locally in the musical The Cult of Brother 12, playing Linus, the infamous cult leader’s psychiatrist. He and Diana, his wife, live on Gabriola Island.
