Boy Meets Pearl and Juels Bland at the Shipyard

Boy Meets Pearl are your queer-fronted, oddly-orchestrated, post steampunk Daddy! Accordions, glockenspiels, autoharps and cellos take the lead in songs about time rifts, tiger sharks and all things odd and arcane.

Juels Bland is an extant singer, songwriter and person from Silver Spring, MD with more than a decade long history of artistic performances and showcases. With original lyrics and music full of rich tones that have a sad and soulful, yet uplifting and far away sound that conjures golden afternoon scenes of a day spent soul-searching and adventuring.

Admission is by donation with donations being split between the two musical acts and , a local Maryland nonprofit helping women and families address housing needs and maintain safe and welcoming living spaces that promote comfort, a sense of well-being, and sustainability. Please note this is an outdoor event. Should we need to move inside due to weather all guests will be asked to wear a mask. Suggested $10 minimum donation.
