To our beloved friends, supporters and members of our karaoke family and community.
It is with a heavy heart that I announce that our show, “Jamboree With Mel & Shane” @ Waterloo Station Hotel on Friday December 26th (Boxing Day). Will be our final show for some time.
There WILL still be Karaoke @ Waterloo as per usual, but myself and Mel will be going on a break to refresh ourselves. We are unsure of when we will be back, but when we do, you will know.
It’s a privilege and an honour to be of service to our community, who have expressed and shown their love and appreciation for us, for what we do and who have supported us throughout our time at the Waterloo Station Hotel.
Karaoke @ The Waterloo has been at its peak since late 2023, and it has only grown stronger since. We’ve been blown away by the success of the show, smashing records left, right and centre and it hasn’t ever been better.
A show like this does take its toll, a lot of energy goes into what we do… We LOVE what we do, and LOVE what we provide for our community, we just need to take some time to refresh ourselves and rejuvenate, so we can come back eventually and rock your socks off again, and allow you to do the same to us lol.
We thank you again, we hope you do continue to support Karaoke @ The Waterloo, and thank you for all your support and understanding.
Until then (December 26th), Friday Night Jamboree with Mel and Shane @ Waterloo Station Hotel will continue as usual, so please come along and make these last few weeks bittersweet for us all.
