Sessions are FREE for ages 18-26.

Ages 27+ can select a class pack of 4 sessions for $25

Drop in rate is $8 per session

• Each week we'll build upon boxing & self defense fundamentals
• We'll go over footwork, defense, partner drills, & community building exercises!

🥊 Equipment provided for up to 20 participants

🥊Gel wraps are required - we'll have some in person for $10
