A fun fitness and boxing session for autistic kids in Lambeth, under 16. Working with both female and male coaches.
About this Event

T his boxing class is for autistic kids and helps to promote fitness, social interaction, discipline, and concentration in a safe fun environment. Gloves available at the gym and free to Lambeth residents. For those who wish to attend from outside of the borough there is a recommended £5 donation to support the group. Remember to bring some water and wear comfortable clothes for a gym workout. NB: The earlier class is for smaller kids, the second class is for teens and adults.
