This clinic is to support physical and mental health hosted by The Council on Recovery's Innovative Healing Centered Project (I.H.C.P). Must be between the ages of 18-24 to sign up. Whether you're a beginner looking to throw your first punch or a seasoned pro wanting to refine your skills, this clinic is perfect for all levels. Our experienced trainer Terrance Wright at Fitness Max 24/7 will guide you through proper techniques, footwork, and drills to help you establish necessary coping skills.
