Hosted at the Blakescrossing lake - It's a fantastic opportunity to come down, sweat it out, learn how to box and do small combos while working your whole body!🥊
• 1-hour classes
• All equipment provided
• No partners required ( You'll be paired up )
• Fun for all fitness levels, ages & abilities
• Guided boxing session by a qualified Personal Trainer
• Just bring yourself, a drink bottle & a workout towell!
