Box + Strength #2

Meet us Monday nights at 6PM at Edgewater Park for a 45-minute Box + Strength class! We will start with shadowboxing, then move into a strength circuit that will include time with the coach on boxing mitts.

DETAILS:

✖️If you have your own boxing gloves, you are welcome to bring them. We will have some available for use, but note they will be used by the entire class.

✖️Please bring a yoga mat

✖️Class will be held in the grass

✖️Classes are open to all & payment is not required, however donations are always appreciated! (suggestion is minimum $5)

✖️We ask that you register in advance so we have a headcount

✖️Email will be sent night before with more specific details, directions, etc.
