Join us for a wonderful Sunday afternoon of crafting escapism!
In this half day workshop, professional bookbinder and experienced teacher Mylyn McColl will guide you through the fundamentals of box making.
During the class, Mylyn will teach you all the skills needed to create a lift off lid style box, covered in beautiful decorative paper. Ideal for storing your books, pencils and treasures, it also makes a fabulous handmade present – if you can bear to part with it!
The workshop is suitable for both beginners and those with some prior experience of bookbinding.
All materials and tools are provided, including a great range of different decorative papers to choose from, ensuring that your finished box is totally unique.
We’ll also be serving coffee, tea and homemade cake.
