All attendees will be receive a TLF Apparel activewear set at the event! Mens and women's activewear available.

Please arrive at 6pm to allow time to change into your new activewear for the workout!

The Experience

Join us for a "Rumble-inspired" shadowbox bootcamp that will push your limits and leave you feeling empowered. After the intense sweat session, immerse yourself in 30 minutes of breathwork, allowing you to find inner calm and recharge your spirit. This unique combination of high-energy fitness and intentional breathing will create a transformative experience, leaving you energized, centered, and ready to conquer anything.

Meet Elena Moffa - Fitness Instructor

Elena is equal parts New York energy + Miami sunshine - her infectious energy simply has no limits. After attending the very first Rumble class in Chelsea, Manhattan, Elena was instantly hooked. As an OG Rumble member turned trainer, with over 10 years in the industry, she was made for the stage and is ready to knockout her role as HBIC of Rumble Boxing Miami.

Corene is a former D1 athlete who left a successful career in luxury real estate for entrepreneurship, investing and personal development. She became obsessed with combining the power of peak performance, intuition & purpose to harness untapped potential. Her mission as a HypnoBreathwork® therapist is to help others tap into the power of a regulated nervous system & the subconscious to unlock new levels of wealth, success & freedom.

What To Bring

Please bring your own yoga mat. Water will be provided. You will be gifted an activewear set from TLF Apparel at the event - bottoms will be shorts. Please arrive at 6pm to allow time for you to change.

Parking Info.

The Gabriel Downtown has paid valet parking available for your convenience for $42.00. There is street parking nearby. Uber/Lyft recommended.
