For one night only, step upstairs to the Saloon’s rooftop for an intimate evening of bourbon storytelling, southern hospitality, and exceptional cuisine.
Guest chef Dallas McGarity, owner of The Fat Lamb in Louisville and a 2024 James Beard Award nominee, will craft a multi-course menu inspired by Kentucky’s rich culinary traditions. The dinner will be complemented by exceptional pours and bourbon cocktails from Old Forester, highlighting both heritage flavors and rare selections.
