Bourbon Dinner

Come join us at The Outpost on Thursday, February 20th at 7pm for our first ever Bourbon Dinner! This exclusive four-course dinner will feature a different crafted bourbon cocktail that will be perfectly paired with each course!

As you enjoy each sip & bite, a spirits expert will be providing insight on each bourbon & its specific pairing listed below.

First Course

Grilled Oysters- crispy wild boar & fennel sausage with asiago cheese and fresh herbs

Cocktail Pairing: Cherry Vanilla Mule

Second Course

Crispy Pork Belly- bourbon-glazed pork belly with fresh herb & pear salad, topped with candied pecans

Cocktail Pairing: Vanilla Maple Old Fashioned

Third Course

Lamb Lollipops- chopped dates & fennel salad with spice herb yogurt

Cocktail Pairing: Honey Lavender Sour

Fourth Course

Chicken & Waffles- buttermilk waffle with sweet corn ice cream, salted caramel, bourbon cherries, and crispy chicken skin

Cocktail Pairing: Chocolate Bourbon Martini

Cost: $65 per person (gratuity included)
