Elijah Craig Beef Carpaccio Tenderloin and Truffle Oil: Seared Beef Tenderloin sliced thin and served over Elijah Craig Apple Cider Vinaigrette tossed arugula salad with a drizzle of truffle oil and Balsamic glaze, Parmesan Cheese Crisp.
Served with Elijah Craig Old Fashioned (or on the rock/neat if you prefer).
