Join us the evening of April 2nd for our next Bourbon & Bites featuring Stranahan's Whiskey and brought to you by Cozy Kitchen. Our welcoming hour will begin at 6 o'clock and the first course will be served at 7 o'clock.
The menu consists of:
1st Pairing
Ribeye steak crostini with horseradish sauce
Sliced cozy prime rib cooked in a cast iron pan. topped with cracked pepper horseradish sauce, and minced chives
Paired with Stranahan's Original Single Malt
2nd pairing
stuffed bacon-wrapped whiskey jalapeno
stuffed with smoked baby back rib meat, gouda cheese
Paired with Stranahan's blue peak
3rd pairing
Crispy chicken tacos
fried corn tortilla stuffed with shredded, smoked chicken breast. accented with diced onion, cilantro, and avocado. served with spicy chunky salsa
Paired with Stranahan's sherry cask
4th pairing
gooey chocolate chip cookie & vanilla ice cream
Sierra Sweets (local bakery) gooey chocolate cookie & vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate drizzle
