Begin the night with an exclusive rooftop visit, where you'll meet Robert, see the bees up close, and enjoy appetizers featuring his locally harvested honey, thoughtfully paired with a bourbon welcome cocktail.

Then, return to the private dining room for an elevated multi-course dinner crafted by Chef Daniel Granat. Each course is accompanied by a handcrafted bourbon cocktail designed to complement the flavors of the dish, with select wine pairings thoughtfully incorporated throughout the evening to enhance the culinary journey.
