Begin the night with a rooftop visit, where you'll meet Robert, see the bees up close, and enjoy appetizers featuring his locally harvested honey—perfectly paired with a selection of fine bourbons.

Then, head back to the private dining space at ChopHouse for an elevated multi-course dinner crafted by Chef Daniel Granat. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with premium bourbons, specialty wines, and handcrafted cocktails for a truly unforgettable experience.
