Boundless Women Conference 2026 (Strengthened in Body and Spirit)
About this Event
Boundless 4.0: Strengthened in Body and Spirit is a women’s morning gathering created to help women pause, refuel, reconnect with God, strengthen their bodies, and enjoy meaningful fellowship.
As women, we spend so much time pouring into our families, careers, relationships, ministries, and responsibilities. Boundless is an opportunity to step away from the usual demands of life and intentionally make room for spiritual renewal, physical wellness, community, and conversation.
Throughout the morning, attendees will take part in:
Workout — a guided indoor workout session designed to get us moving and strengthening our bodies. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and according to their ability.
Worship — a time to lift our hearts to God and be refreshed in His presence.
Prayer — focused, faith-filled prayer centered on spiritual awakening, discernment, strength, family, purpose, and living alert in the Spirit.
The Word — a short, practical, prayer-stirring message designed to encourage women to remain spiritually awake and intentional.
Women’s Health Conversation — an experienced OB-GYN will join us for a practical discussion around women’s health, hormones, perimenopause, and other important health concerns women often have questions about.
Breakfast & Fellowship — breakfast will be served as we relax, connect, and build meaningful relationships with other women.
This gathering is open to women of different ages, backgrounds, denominations, religions, and races.
Come ready to refresh, recharge, reconnect, and leave strengthened in body and spirit.
