A dynamic and free flowing hatha practice with uniquely themed sequences designed to warm up the muscles and create heat within the body for “peak” poses.All sequences start in a seated position and move through to standing and peak poses, then finishing at the wall for inversions.
Classes offer variations for all levels. Room temps will be kept between 75 - 85 degrees.
