Boundless: In-Person Oakland Happy Hour (February 2023)

You’re invited to join all of us from the Boundless community for our In-Person Happy Hour outdoors at Mad Oak Bar & Yard from 7:00-9:30 p.m.

Whether this is your first time coming to an event, or you are a long-time member of the Boundless community, our happy hour events are a great way to meet people and learn more about Boundless and the kink community in a safe, non-sexual environment. If you're new, please don't hesitate to ask one of our hosts to help introduce you to people.

Mad Oak Bar & Yard is at 135 12th Street, Oakland, 4 blocks from Lake Merritt BART. The venue will be checking vaccination cards at the door. We’ll be outdoors in their ground floor “yard” with heaters. All event attendees must be 21+ years old.

We will plan on being located in the back right corner area of the roof, so when you arrive plan on coming upstairs to meet us.

Mad Oak Bar & Yard requires proof of full vaccination to enter their establishment and is active about checking your ID and vaccination status at the door. While masks are not currently mandated by the state, we will follow all current guidelines and recommend that you choose to wear a mask based on your own comfort levels.

If you plan to attend this event, please ensure that you can meet these requirements; otherwise, we hope to see you at an event in the future.

• CONDUCT & HELP: Our standard rules for Consent and Conduct apply so please ensure that you are familiar with the policy. Violation of standards will result in immediate expulsion from the event by staff and a Conduct Team review. If you are experiencing issues, a conduct situation, or any other urgent matter, please contact one of the event hosts.

• BEHAVIOR: This is NOT a sex or play party. Please note that there is NO PLAYING, and NO SEXUAL ACTIVITY of any kind allowed here. You will be asked to leave permanently if you engage in any inappropriate activity.

• DRESS CODE : This event is being held at a regular establishment, so please dress as you would when showing up at a bar or restaurant. Sexy clothes that you would wear in public, bawdy conversation, and flirting are welcome, but please don’t flash your naughty bits.
