Presently working as owner/director of Professional Development and Consulting in Joplin, MO. Contracted trainer for the Missouri Credentialing Board. Having worked in the SUD/MH profession in excess of 37 years, he has had a variety of experiences which may include: counseling, program development, professional development, supervisory roles, administrative roles, recovery housing and supports, working with indigenous tribes, collaborations, and treatment courts. Presently following his passion to train and assist others in professional development and readiness, supervision, clinical team building, training staff, and service delivery.
