Boundaries Unleashed is a transformative two-hour workshop designed for girls aged 12-17. This session uses the power of art expression to explore the importance of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries with ourselves and others. Participants will engage in creative activities that help them visualize and articulate their personal boundaries, fostering a deeper understanding of their needs and limits.

The workshop begins by introducing boundaries and discussing why they are crucial for emotional and mental well-being. Girls will learn about different types of physical, emotional, and digital boundaries and how they apply to various aspects of their lives. Through guided discussions and interactive exercises, participants will identify their own boundaries and understand the significance of respecting the boundaries of others.

Girls will use art as a medium to create visual representations of their boundaries. This creative process will make the concept of boundaries more tangible and empower participants to express themselves in a safe and supportive environment. Art activities will include drawing, painting, and collage-making, each designed to reinforce the lessons on boundaries.

By the end of Boundaries Unleashed, participants will clearly understand the importance of boundaries, the skills to set and maintain them, and the ability to stand up for themselves in any situation. This workshop aims to empower girls to create and uphold boundaries that support their well-being and foster healthy, respectful relationships.
