BOUNCE
Bounce is a full body experience incorporating basic birth ball techniques that allow each participant the freedom of expression and self exploration. Beginner friendly and Self Pace.
This class is great for you if you are :
Expecting ( in 2nd or 3rd trimester)
Interested in learning more about pelvic dynamics
Want to practice birth and labor movements
are in early labor
want to meet other expecting people due around the same time
Want to experience a good time with good people learning while living
