NYC native Claudia Mason was part of the glamorous circle of international high fashion supermodels soon after being discovered by a model scout when she was a teen; she traveled the globe working for the titans of the industry: Versace, Chanel, Calvin Klein to name a few, Vogue, Elle, W magazine covers among others, ad campaigns, fashion shows, commercials and more.

When she suffered a stroke some years later, her life was forever altered by what she calls a “**blessed event": she repurposed her life and discovered new found joy and strength through her journey of healing & recovering her health, which she realized was mostly an inside job.**

New life goals were met: she became a published author, she agreed to be a spokesperson for The American Stroke Association, she got certified as a professional life coach: she has a passion for guiding people from where they are to where they want to be by helping them connect to their intuitive nature. S**he now shares her experiences and tools with others of "getting UP and getting OUT" so they might thrive and never stop getting up to bat while advancing through life despite it’s constant unpredictable changes, as she continues to do, over and over again.**
