Oled tahtnud boulderdamist proovida aga ei tea kuidas? Oled mõned korrad ronimist proovinud aga tahaksid õppida kuidas seda tehniliselt paremini teha? See töötuba on just sulle.
Kahetunnise praktilise töötoa vältel tutvustab meie instruktor boulderdamise põhitõdesid: ohutus, soojendusharjutused, boulderdamise “reeglid”, kuidas valida endale sobiv rada/projekt, kukkumine, tähtsamad tehnilised näpunäited mida ronimisel silmas pidada.
Tule ja leia endale uus põnev hobi ja sõbrad!
Töötoa maksumus on 25 eurot. Lisandub sissepääsutasu (11 eurot ) ja sussirent (3 eurot).
Eripakkumine töötoas osalejatele: töötuba + 2 nädalat piiramatut ronimist Kivis. Hind 55 eurot (sisaldab sussirenti).

Want to try bouldering, but don’t know how? Have been bouldering a few times, but would like to learn some basic techniques and tips? This workshop is what you’ve been waiting for!
During this 2 hour workshop our instructor will introduce you to the basics of bouldering: safety; warm-up exercises; the “rules” of bouldering; how to choose a route/project for climbing; how to fall; basic technical tips for climbing.
Cost of the workshop: 25 eur. (adds 11 eur entrance fee and 3 eur climbing shoe rent).
Special offer: workshop + 2 weeks unlimited climbing in Kivi: 55 eur (shoe rent is included).
Once payment is completed, all you need is bring your gym clothes and show up in Kivi!
