This November, we’ll explore Breaking the Burnout Cycle—Say goodbye to exhaustion and hello to resilience. This month centers on evidence-based strategies to prevent burnout and create a foundation of sustainable energy. Learn how to identify stressors, set boundaries, and build practices that empower you to stay grounded and focused even during challenging times.

We’ll begin with 15 minutes of real connection - no need for a polished elevator pitch, no performative mask required. Just women showing up as they are. Then we’ll move into a guided 60-minute conversation rooted in the theme of impact.

We’ll close in a circle, integrating what came through and leaving with aligned next steps, deeper clarity, and new soul-aligned connections.
